Contact Me

If you have a question about Logosynthesis, working with me, or whether your particular situation might be suitable for this approach, you are welcome to contact me.

I will reply as soon as I can during my working week.

    Thinking about becoming a client?

The easiest first step is usually a free 30-minute Discovery Call on Zoom.

    Free 30-Minute Discovery Call

A chance to meet, ask questions and see whether working together feels right for you. The Discovery Call is a free, informal 30-minute conversation on Zoom, in English, with no obligation to book further sessions.

    What happens during the call?

We’ll talk about what brings you here, what you would like to change or achieve, and what you’re hoping to gain from working together.
You can ask questions about Logosynthesis, my approach and how individual sessions work.
You don’t need to explain your whole history or share anything you’re uncomfortable discussing.
The purpose is to get acquainted, explore whether my approach is suitable for your needs and consider possible next steps. Therapeutic work takes place during paid sessions, rather than the Discovery Call.

    What happens afterwards?

If we both feel that working together would be appropriate, we can discuss appointment lengths, availability and how to arrange your first session.
There’s no pressure to make a decision during the call, and no obligation to book afterwards.

    Preparing for your call

No preparation is needed. Just find somewhere quiet and private where you can talk comfortably.
You might like to jot down any questions you’d like to ask beforehand.

    Booking and cancellations

The Discovery Call is free and lasts 30 minutes.
You can book directly using the Book a Free Call button, which opens my online Calendly booking calendar. If you don’t see a time that works for you, contact me at raya@logosynthesis.works with a few options that work for you and I will contact you.
You’ll receive your Zoom joining details with your booking confirmation.
If you need to cancel or rearrange, please use the link in your booking confirmation or contact me at raya@logosynthesis.works so the appointment can be made available to someone else.

    Confidentiality

Your privacy matters. I’ll treat what you share respectfully and explain any relevant limits to confidentiality.

I look forward to meeting you!

    Individual Logosynthesis® Sessions

Sessions take place online via Zoom, in English, and last either 60 or 90 minutes. We can discuss which length is most suitable for you before booking. The number and frequency of sessions depend on your needs. Some issues may be resolved relatively quickly, while more complex or long-standing concerns may benefit from longer-term work. There is no fixed commitment or guaranteed timescale. Appointments and availability Please arrange the time of your appointment with me before making your payment. Contact raya@logosynthesis.works to discuss this. Most appointments are during the working week but there is occasionally some availability during evenings and weekends.

    What happens during sessions?

Your first session is mainly about understanding you, your circumstances and what you would like to change or achieve. We’ll discuss relevant aspects of your history, current difficulties and any support or treatment you’re receiving. We may begin Logosynthesis work during this session, although we usually start once there is a clearer understanding of your situation. There is no pressure to share everything at once.

    Subsequent sessions

These focus on whatever is most relevant to you. We may use Logosynthesis protocols, explore beliefs and reactions, talk things through or draw on other appropriate therapeutic approaches. You decide what we focus on and the pace at which we work.

    How often should I attend?

I generally recommend weekly sessions initially, although fortnightly or less frequent appointments are also possible. There is no requirement to book a set number of sessions. We’ll regularly review your progress and decide together what is helpful. Preparing for your session Please find a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed. Have water, a notebook, pen and tissues nearby. If possible, allow yourself a little time afterwards before returning to demanding activities. Please do not attend while driving.

    Payment and cancellations

Payment is required before your appointment. Invoices are available on request.
To cancel or rearrange, email raya@logosynthesis.works at least 24 hours beforehand. Your payment can be refunded or transferred to another appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are charged in full. If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the agreed time.
If an emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible. If I need to cancel, I will offer you the next available appointment or you can rearrange or receive a full refund.

    Confidentiality

Your privacy matters. Before we begin, I’ll explain confidentiality, its limits, and how your information is handled.

    Who is this for?

Adults who want to understand the continuing influence of childhood adversity and explore ways of working with present-day difficulties. You do not need a diagnosis, a particular childhood history or previous experience of Logosynthesis. Professionals are welcome to attend for their own learning and personal development. This is not practitioner training.

    What will you learn?

Over six weeks, you will explore how early experiences, relationships and circumstances may have shaped your expectations, beliefs and responses. You will learn to recognise what sets off a familiar reaction, distinguish an old expectation from what is happening now, and identify what support or practical change might help. We will also look at self-worth, belonging, boundaries and relationships—with opportunities to apply the learning to everyday life.

    How might Logosynthesis help?

Logosynthesis is the central practical method in the course. With guidance, you identify a specific focus—such as an image, remembered words or an anticipated situation—and speak a structured sequence of phrases. The approach aims to lessen the distress associated with that focus, rather than asking you to argue yourself into positive thinking.
You will have opportunities to try the method with manageable examples, notice your own response and learn when further support is appropriate. You will not be asked to tell the group your life story or work on your most painful memories.

    What are the sessions like?

Expect a varied mix of short teaching sections, discussion, stories and everyday examples, guided practice, private reflection and simple creative activities. There is space for questions, some lighter moments and time to consider how the learning fits your life.
No artistic skill is needed. You can observe, pass on an activity or use a fictional example instead of something personal.
The course includes six weekly two-hour online sessions, a workbook, two follow-up group coaching calls and an optional support space with a defined end date.

    Do you need to prepare?

No advance reading or previous knowledge is required. Bring a notebook, pen and plain paper, and join from somewhere private where you can participate comfortably. A short conversation before joining will help us check that the group format suits your needs. Feel free to drop me a line to arrange a time if you would like to meet/talk first: raya@logosynthesis.works

    What might be different afterwards?

The aim is to leave with greater understanding of your responses, practical experience of Logosynthesis and a clearer plan for continuing. You will have explored ways to recognise a familiar pattern, approach a boundary or difficult conversation, and choose an appropriate next step.
The focus is not on changing your history, but on developing more choice in how you respond now. Personal outcomes vary; this learning and personal-development course does not replace individual therapy or other care you may need.

About this Pilot and Possible Research

This six-week course is initially being offered as a pilot programme. As part of the pilot, you will be invited to provide feedback about your experience. This will help us evaluate and improve the course. This information will not be made public. Any material written or recorded for promotional purposes will be separate from the course evaluation and will only be shared with your consent. There is also the possibility of a separate, more formal research study, which may involve questionnaires, assessments, participants’ reported experiences and several follow-up meetings to assess experiences and outcomes. The research arrangements have not yet been finalised. If a formal study goes ahead, you will receive full information about what it involves, how your data will be collected and protected, and how the findings may be used. Participation in any formal research will be entirely voluntary and subject to separate, informed consent. You can attend the course without agreeing to take part in research, and your decision will not affect your place. Any formal research will be subject to appropriate supervision, ethical and data protection arrangements. If too few participants volunteer, research may be postponed without affecting the course.

Your confirmed payment is your acceptance onto the workshop or course. The Zoom link is emailed the day before the start. Receipts can be printed via the payment page; additional receipts can be provided once the course begins.
If you cancel before a workshop, course or programme begins, you can receive a full refund. Fees for missed sessions are not refunded.
Participants usually receive a handout and sometimes further reading recommendations. Recording arrangements are program-specific.

    Who is this program for?

You may benefit if you frequently think or speak about yourself in an unkind or negative way; grew up with strict rules or beliefs you had little choice but to accept; see the world as harsh or yourself as not good enough; find other people or relationships difficult; or simply want to change your mind about something.
We’ll work with beliefs about ourselves, other people, relationships and the world. Bring any belief you’d like to explore — but you don’t need to know what it is before you arrive. We can identify beliefs together, and you may notice things you hadn’t recognised before.

A different way to work with beliefs

Beliefs can exert far more influence on our reactions, decisions and relationships than we realise. They aren’t necessarily fixed.
This is not simply a course in positive thinking. We’ll explore three different kinds of belief, examine intriguing patterns in language and discuss why affirmations don’t always work as people expect. Some of the most interesting discoveries are best experienced during the sessions.

What happens during the four weeks?

Each two-hour session includes some teaching and presentation slides, followed by practical work. We’ll use several Logosynthesis protocols, including exercises where everyone works together on a limiting belief, as well as some individual work and creative activities.
There is a planned structure, but I’ll also respond to what comes up in the group. We may adjust an activity or spend more time on something that matters to participants. You can keep your own beliefs and experiences private if you choose; sharing is not required.
You’ll learn several techniques, including how to activate the opposite of a limiting belief.

    Why attend all four sessions?

Each week builds part of a wider understanding of how beliefs can limit us and how to work towards resolving them. Missing a session means missing part of that picture, so booking requires a commitment to all four consecutive weekly sessions.

    Between sessions

You may find yourself reflecting on what you’ve explored or noticing beliefs at work in everyday situations. I may suggest a particular question to think about, but how much you do between sessions is entirely up to you.

    What might you take away?

The aim is to help you see beliefs as active influences and experience ways of working with them. People may notice relief, peace, more space to think, greater ease and autonomy, better understanding of others, less conflict, more acceptance or new possibilities in their relationships and choices. Experiences differ, and particular outcomes can’t be guaranteed.
The information and techniques you learn could change how you experience your life.

    Who is this workshop for?

Anyone who struggles with procrastination and wants to do something about it. Whether you’re avoiding a particular task, struggling to get started or finding yourself stuck in familiar patterns, we’ll look at what might be happening beneath the surface. You may already know exactly what’s holding you back. If not, the presentation and exercises will help you recognise the patterns involved.

    What happens during the workshop?

Over two hours, we combine a thought-provoking presentation with practical Logosynthesis exercises, questions and answers, and a closing visual exercise or meditation.
We’ll explore procrastination from a perspective you might not expect. Rather than another collection of time-management tips, we’ll look at the patterns that keep you stuck and practical ways to work with them.
Bring something you’ve been putting off!
Everyone is guided through the exercises together, working privately with their own issue. There is no requirement to share personal circumstances. There is time for questions, discussion, and a short break.

    What might you take away?

    Want to go further?

If enough people are interested, an additional practical session may be offered where I work directly with individuals on specific issues. This is not included in the initial workshop.

One two-hour workshop on Zoom | Dates: TBC | No advance preparation needed, apart from bringing something you have been avoiding | Cameras and personal sharing optional.

Who is the Move On Group for?

The Move On Group welcomes anyone interested in exploring the Logosynthesis Move On Programme, whether for their own personal development or as part of their professional practice.
You may be working through loss, uncertainty, difficult experiences or changes in your life. Perhaps you know something needs to change but find yourself unable to move forward.
Alternatively, you may be a therapist, counsellor, coach or other helping professional interested in experiencing the programme and learning how it can be used in your work with clients.
The group brings together people with different backgrounds and levels of experience. You can work on your own concerns, learn by observing others, and benefit from the shared experience of the group.
Everyone is welcome, provided they have read Shaping Reality: Logosynthesis and the Courage to Create (the yellow book) before attending. This is an advanced class and reading the book helps you know what to expect.

What happens during a two-hour session?

We meet online on a weekday afternoon. Some people book all six sessions; others attend just one to try it. Some have already used the protocol themselves, while others have read the book but not yet worked through the programme.
We begin with introductions and an informal check-in: how everyone is, what’s been happening since last time, and what’s new.
Then we complete the TUNE IN section together. Each participant chooses a symbol, word or drawing representing what they want to work with. Sharing your issue or symbol is optional; you may keep it private.
We decide who would like to work first. I guide that person through a section of the programme. Sometimes we continue previous work, sometimes we start at the beginning, and sometimes we follow the process more intuitively.
There is time for questions, reflections and comments, followed by a short break. We then work with another participant in the same way. Not everyone is guaranteed an individual turn in every session.
Even if you are not directly working with me, a lot can still happen while you’re ‘on the bus’ with your own issue. If you don’t have an issue to work on, or don’t feel like working that day, you can learn from observing the process and joining the discussions — including ways to use Move On with clients.
We end together with a short grounding exercise.
It isn’t Logosynthesis as you know it, but it is still Logosynthesis!

    What Other People Have Said

“I found it difficult, but as I have been practising, life and work have started to loosen up, I’m not so stuck and suffocated anymore.”
“I started in a thick forest and at the end of it I was walking out of it on a golden pathway. I feel so joyful now!”
“For the first time in my life, I was able to see and connect with my little inner child – it was like coming home!”

    Practical Information
