Welcome to Muse&Metaphor, my little corner of the great digital world we now live in. You’ve landed here possibly via a gentle nudge from the universe, from curiosity, or perhaps a serendipitous mis-click (but there’s no such thing as coincidences, right?). Regardless of the route that brought you here, I’m pleased to roll out the welcome mat and extend a warm welcome to you as we figure out this journey of healing and creativity that we all find ourselves on.
If your experience is anything like mine, your browser is a string of open tabs that you can’t even read, there’s the continuous buzz of the digital world that’s never far away, and your coffee has gone cold again! I realise that, yet another blog might be seen as adding to the overwhelm, But fear not! This isn’t just any blog…imagine a peculiar healing curation, in which you find serious articles, provocative questions, art journalling, somatic exercises, Logosynthesis case studies, random thinkings, and a few beautiful things…there may even be the occasional chuckle and a bit of profundity too (though it’s probably best not to hold your breath!).
As someone who wears multiple hats—Logosynthesis Practitioner, Counsellor, writer, artist, and M.E. overcomer, I’ve explored an eventful road during these last years. I’ve collected the occasional pearl of wisdom, found some useful resources and directions, got a bit creative, made lists of simple beauties (more about that later), and remembered that I have a sense of humour (laughter really is good medicine).
My mission? Is to share these treasures, in no particular order, with you. In bite sized chunks.
While you’re here, you might like to have a look at the Logosynthesis.works website, perhaps you’re considering some Coaching, or a block of Logosynthesis for Healing sessions, or maybe you’d like to try something different for getting past that stubborn creative block that shows up at the very worst times. All packages and individual sessions are tailored to your needs and are designed to support your journey – whatever that looks like. No one-size-fits-all around here!
As we stand on the doorstep of this new year, and perhaps a new adventure, I invite your open heart, your curious mind–and your big toe–into something that may turn out to be somewhat of a wild ride…
Welcome aboard Muse&Metaphor:
